In most cases, yes. We use professional hot water extraction equipment and specialist stain treatments, and we have a high success rate even with older or stubborn stains. We'll always give you an honest assessment before we start — we won't take your money if we don't think we can improve it.

Yes. We use biodegradable, non-toxic products from professional brands including WoC, Prochem, Chemspec and Njord. All products are safe for children, pets and people with allergies. We also test the carpet surface after cleaning to confirm no residue has been left behind.

Most carpets are dry within 2–4 hours in normal conditions. You can walk on them straight away — we recommend avoiding heavy use until fully dry. We'll give you a more specific estimate based on your carpet type and the conditions on the day.

We'll move smaller items (chairs, side tables, sofas) during the clean and put them back afterwards. We'd ask you to move fragile, valuable or very large items beforehand. We want the whole process to be as easy as possible for you.

Yes, in most cases. Call or WhatsApp us with the rooms or items you need cleaned and we can give you a price over the phone. For larger commercial properties, a site visit may be needed.

We work Sunday to Friday, and do not work on Saturdays. Weekend appointments are charged at the same rate as weekdays.

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a £45 fee. No-show on the day: £85 fee.
