Note : We require 36 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 36 hours of your scheduled service will be required to pay a £ 45 fee. If you require us to collect & return keys from an estate agent there is a £ 20 charge. If we arrive to carry out work and there is no one at the property to gain entry there will be a £ 85 no show fee.
